Sankalp shall not be responsible for delays or failure of performance resulting from Internet Service Provider delivery problems or failure, or any communication or delivery problems associated with Client's receipt of the Account Service data.
Client Responsibilities
The client agrees not to do or cause to be done anything which is likely to interfere with or hinder any SEO programme implemented by our company with the agreement of the client.
Any such action on the client’s (or the client’s agent’s) part will immediately render any and all agreed warranties void without further notice.
Prerequisites of Service
Client web site(s) must be hosted on a reliable web-server with sufficient uptime guarantees to ensure consistent site availability.
Should Sankalp propose a change of server to host the client web site(s), this is done to ensure the continued search engine ranking performance of the said web site(s).
Should the client fail to heed Sankalp’s recommendations in this matter, we can take no responsibility for continued lack of performance on the part of the web site(s) or a consequent deterioration of rankings.
Furthermore, the implementation of an SEO regime requires File Transfer Protocol (FTP) access to the client’s web site(s).
Alternatively, Sankalp need to be provided with the contact details of the client’s technical agent who is able to upload the changes according to our instructions.
